During the Covid-19 pandemic, the arts and entertainment industry in Central Florida was greatly impacted by the closure of theaters and theme parks. Many organizations struggled to keep their doors open, and few individuals were able to retain a steady income. Greater Orlando Performing Arts Relief was founded by community leaders and professionals to fundraise and distribute resources to impacted arts and entertainment professionals in the area.

 

I joined the founding GOPAR committee to facilitate marketing and social media efforts, and created the organization's brand identity. GOPAR is now an official nonprofit organization and continues to serve the Orlando arts community, supporting and advocating for arts workers.
